salaam readers! inshAllah you are all doing well. the past week has been really stressful but it is finally (almost) the weekend! i wanted to highlight a really cute ring that i found while perusing Etsy. i love raw jewelry, especially raw stones and this raw Crysophrase gem is stunning. and…it is only about $60! pick one up.

salaam readers! i am still recuperating from a nasty, nasty cold that has struck me hard. today i was able to spend the day inside, with tea, sweaters and a big scarf. i got caught up on Big Love episodes that i missed and i am now waiting for habibi to come home and bring me some food!

you know how you buy a bar of soap, love that bar of soap and then get super sad because that bar of soap melted/disappeared in the shower? i hate when that happens so i was excited to see these amazing felted soaps by Fiat Luxe! they are beautiful, marbled felt around a natural, yummy-smelling soap that will last MUCH longer than regular soap. you use it just like a normal bar of soap, the felt naturally exfoliates. they would be great gifts too

It is still VERY cold here in Chicago (I apologize for constantly complaining about it but I hate the cold) and so gloves are essential. I have a great pair of cream leather ones that I got on clearance for $15 at Marshalls but if I needed another nice pair of gloves, I would get one of these. They are so adorable! They have a rich selection of colors and textures and they look dressy enough for any outfit.

Salaam! I found this amazing jewelry company and I love so many of their pieces. All of the creations have such a raw and earthy quality. I don’t like dainty jewelry and these aren’t dainty in the least bit. Each piece is classic but with a twist.

I especially adore the wedding and engagement rings…aren’t they incredible?
